Sorry for delay in responding. We did receive the security deposit back last month- thank you.

The apartment was perfect for us. We had a couple, a single adult and two children (10 & 5). The host communicated very well with us before our arrival and had her daughter meet us at the apartment when we arrived. We were able to go directly to the apartment from CDG which was nice since we ended up arriving at the apartment at apprx 10am.

The metro station is about 20 paces away from the apartment and was a great convenience. Also, the MonoPrix grocery store just across the street (30 paces?) was also a great asset. For children there is a great little park just to the left and across the street from the apartment entrance. One thing we did not take advantage of enough, was the open air market which is open every day except Monday.

Finally, the host was very gracious and accommodating, having her in the same building was also a great asset as we could ask for advice or assistance.
