Location: This apartment is located close to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides in one of the most spectacular areas in Paris with large avenues, open perspectives and beautiful Art Nouveau buildings. For visitors who love walking, it is very close to Saint-Germain des Prés and Montparnasse, to Bon Marché for fashion items and food and to Grenelle for day to day shopping . Let us mention the wonderful market on Avenue de Saxe on thursdays and saturdays where top quality products make restaurants food vanish compared to them. Right by the apartment is the UNESCO and there are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood. The nearest metro station is at your doorstep. The apartment is located on the ninth floor of a building equipped with a digital access lock and an elevator. The apartment faces the street on one side and a courtyard on the other. Description: Fully renovated in 2006, this charming apartment has balconies all along on both sides, east and west. The view on the east side is on the Eiffel tower from feet to top. The apartment is full of changing light, as it it somehow in the skies of Paris. Its is reminding of Jean Nouvel saying when he presented his project for Les Halles, that the sky is one of the most beautiful things in Paris, as it is changing all the time. The view is quite mineral with the Eiffel Tower and the beautiful 19th century and Art Nouveau buildings on the east side and more urban on the west side with long sunsets and light when it is already dark on the street. It is of course possible to launch, dine, barbecue or sunbathe outside. The entrance door opens into a small hall. Straight ahead is the living room and on the left is the bedroom area. The bathroom and the separate kitchen are located to the right of the entrance. The living room has large windows facing street. It is furnished with an armchair, a sofa bed that can sleep two people, a wooden dining table with folding chairs, a console with a cable flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. There are also built-in bookshelves. This room has a high-speed Internet connection (via DSL and Wifi). It has access to two balconies with three French double-glaze windows. The first balcony (accessible by two windows) overlooks the street and offers a nice view of the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse building. The second balcony overlooks a courtyard and the neighborhood roofs. The separate kitchen has
a window facing street. It is equipped with an oven, stove, fridge,
washing and drying machine and wash machine for kitchen ustensiles . All
necessary equipment The bedroom has a double-glaze window overlooking the street, a queen size bed with latex matress and a built-in closet with sliding doors.
