By day, this bright 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully air-conditioned apartment is bathed in light which streams in through the French doors in the great room.

Upon entering the salon area the Eiffel Tower comes into full view through four floor to ceiling French windows, and can also be enjoyed from the wrap-around balcony, as well as from the dining area, which can comfortably accommodate eight guests.

The apartment was decorated by a famous architect and interior decorator (Laurent Butazoni), who positioned an enormous mirror in the dining area so that the Eiffel Tower is within full view of everyone seated at the dining table. For your guests' convenience a powder room is available just across the hallway.

The kitchen features top of the line built-in appliances and fixtures, including a microwave, a large chef's range and oven, a large refrigerator and Miele dishwasher. A secured service entry leads into the kitchen.

On the penthouse level the master bedroom, accessed by a stairway next to the entry, has the feel of a yacht's cabin. An office with wi-fi capability, printer and sofa is located “fore”. “Aft” an exercise area leads to the master bath – with steam room, large shower, and tub island. “Starboard” there is a built-in flat screen television, and the Eiffel tower is visible from a window. The king-size bed is made up in the finest linens, as are all the beds in an apartment offering the ultimate in comfort and understated elegance.

From the hall, a corridor connects the second and third bedrooms.

The second bedroom, across from the great room, is furnished with twin beds, nightstands with reading lights, and a glass-top desk. The white marble bathroom includes a full-length vanity, bathtub, bidet and toilet.

Soft light filters into the third bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and nightstands with reading lamps. The black marble and ceramic black Bisazza tile bathroom is equipped with a shower, towel warmer, bidet, and toilet.
