Saint Germain des Prés is widely held to be the most desirable area of Paris. And rightly so, as Saint-Germain really does seems to have it all : the finest Parisian boutiques and restaurants, a buzzing ambiance day or night, fabulous architecture and an profoundly ingrained sense of history and culture that draws Paris' best antique dealers.

The well-healed locals are either furiously stylish, or cultured and/or arty. A promenade down the narrow local side streets reveals a wealth of fine restaurants, serving gourmet French cuisine. On the top floor a master bedroom can accomodate two guests with a superb view over the legendary roofs of Paris. The Eiffel tower can be seen in the distance. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. It has also direct access to a terrace with table and chairs so guests can enjoy a breakfast or a meal outside.

On the lower floor, there is a second and large bedroom with a desk. The second ensuite bathroom has a bathtub.

Both bedrooms are very quiet.
