And rightly so, as Saint-Germain really does seems to have it all : the finest Parisian boutiques and restaurants, a buzzing ambiance day or night, fabulous architecture and an profoundly ingrained sense of history and culture that draws Paris' best antique dealers. This exclusive 5nd and 6rd floor apartment is located in Saint-Germain-des-Pres, the cultural, artistic, and fashion center of Paris: One block away from the Saint-Germain church and fashionable literary watering holes Café de Flore, Les Deux Magots and Brasserie Lipp, a stroll away from the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Musée Maillol - which is located right next to Barthelmy's, arguably best cheese shop in the western world. The apartment is in close proximity to subway, bus, and taxi stations. Description: Guests will be delighted to stay in this luxurious 3 bedroom– 3 bathroom apartment on two levels. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has white walls, is furnished and decorated with taste and enjoys lots of light. - First level: Entry: The entry has two coat closets, an entry table and mirror. Kitchen: A few steps take you to the kitchen on the first true level. The wonderful Kitchen will delight any serious Cook. it is beautifully decorated in an elegant gray with parquet oak floors and black leather bar stools for seating. Dining Room: Adjoining the kitchen is the formal dining room. It has a large table which can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Parquet wood flooring and 2 French windows bring out the luminosity of the large glazed cupboard. Elegant chairs in various shades finish the room. Additional Room: Next to the dining room is a small room with a large window overlooking the living room. This room has a computer desk and a large TV, allowing it to be used as an office, a TV room or an additional guest room. Living Room (around 550 sq/ft) : 2 large black leather settees look at the Fireplace and exotic art. A Libray and an excellent music system allow for a perfect relaxing time. There is also a small bathroom on that level (shower and washbasin). - First level: The second floor contains two bedroom, a bathroom, the master bedroom and its ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom can accommodate two guests in a very comfortable queen size bed. It is decorated with carpeting and is getting extra light through a Velux® window. The master bedroom is connected to its ensuite bathroom (tub, marble basin, bidet and WC). The second and third bedrooms have a French window with a small balcony. There are two single beds with night tables and a walk-in closet. A modern bathroom with a tub and shower is shared by the two bedrooms. |
